If you are ever in Beirut make sure to visit the welcoming home of Em Nazih that happens to be one of the best Lebanese and Arabic restaurant in town. It all started with modest yet ambitions Lebanese family who wished to serve tradition in form of food, decor and music. The Plat du Jour"Dish of the Day" is highly recommended as it fits in with the habits of Lebanese families, mostly made of meals typically served in Lebanon, like ''Kebbeh bel Laban", "Loubieh bi Zeit", "Lebanese Moujaddara",''Koussa Mehche'' etc. which you can enjoy along side a traditional Lebanese mezza. My all time favorites to order are ''Batata Harra'',''Fattoush'' and ''Rqaqat'' always served in a very generous portion. While waiting for your food to get ready you can enjoy a game of pool or ''tawleh'' ( Lebanese Backgammon), surrounded by an beautiful traditional decor. So if you are looking for an unforgettable experience and and an affordable wholesome meal, Em Nazih is the place to go.
